Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Collaborate with UX teams to build responsive React/Angular frontends
- Drive cloud infrastructure improvements using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and sprint planning ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and security protocols
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system architecture experience
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
