Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and drive technical excellence across 15+ engineering teams
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical applications
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to accelerate delivery cycles
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Research emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
