Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability with PostgreSQL/Redis
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct thorough testing (unit/integration) and implement robust error handling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies
