Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead development of RESTful APIs with Go and Node.js
- Optimize database performance for high-transaction environments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product and Security teams on feature roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems architecture
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless technologies
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of security best practices for financial systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design solutions
