Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines in AWS/GCP
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API integrations
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Drive technical debt reduction while maintaining 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Contribute to product strategy through technical feasibility assessments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping scalable SaaS applications
- Strong background in RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
