Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3-5 engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and sub-100ms latency
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects used by Fortune 500 companies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python/Go preferred)
- Deep understanding of AWS/GCP services and container orchestration
- Proven track record of shipping production systems with SLAs
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
