Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences and high availability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- DevOps & Integration: Collaborate with the DevOps team to improve CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Backend: Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
