Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
- Lead the architecture of new features and microservices, ensuring scalability and security.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define product requirements.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
