Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical architecture of the platform.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern HTML5/CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, Texas (Relocation assistance provided).
