Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization), Python or R, and advanced Excel.
- Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into non-technical terms.
