Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business metrics
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product features
- Create predictive models using machine learning techniques for forecasting and trend analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
