Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Lead code reviews and drive best practices for CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex SaaS platforms
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Research and prototype emerging technologies for product innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production-level experience with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Proficiency in test-driven development and Agile methodologies
