Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct technical research and propose architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
