Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on agile best practices
- Optimize database performance for high-transaction financial systems
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP-compliant protocols
- Drive technical debt reduction and system refactoring initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with enterprise applications
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with financial technology systems or PCI-DSS compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design aptitude
