Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau/PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, integration, and validation to ensure the highest quality of data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and maintain data governance standards.
- Present complex data insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and strong scripting skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling through data.
