Responsibilities

- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and implement robust monitoring with Prometheus
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production experience with Go and cloud-native architectures
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS) and infrastructure as code
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, caching strategies, and database design
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers and improving team velocity
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development
