Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and SOLID principles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and provide timely resolutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with React or Angular, and solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
