Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practices implementation.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and reduce technical debt.
- CI/CD: Improve and maintain our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with a strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
