Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Python and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Optimize system architecture for scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible)
- Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java/Python/Go)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
