Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices in Java/Python using Spring Boot
- Design AWS-based serverless architectures with Lambda & DynamoDB
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions & Jenkins
- Conduct code reviews with emphasis on security best practices
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL & MongoDB
- Document APIs using OpenAPI 3.0 specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Proficiency with distributed systems & event-driven architecture
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong grasp of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with fintech or high-throughput systems
