Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and GitLab
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization
- Implement security best practices across all development stages
- Drive adoption of DevOps culture and infrastructure-as-code principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
