Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead API development and optimization for high-traffic financial systems
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
- Drive performance optimization and security hardening across services
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or similar languages
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Proven experience leading agile development cycles and sprint planning
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system architecture experience
