Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 production systems
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices across cloud-native applications
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- Strong understanding of AWS/GCP services and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex algorithms
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
