We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong grasp of modern software architecture to help us scale our platforms and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define and deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system stability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
