Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Lead technical initiatives for cloud-native deployments on AWS and GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Optimize system scalability and reliability using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain 99.99% system uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects and present technical findings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with machine learning integration in production systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize complex systems
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
