Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for containerized applications
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement security best practices and compliance protocols
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in Go, Python, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven design
- Experience with AWS/GCP services and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proficiency in performance tuning and scalability optimization
