Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Familiarity with fintech compliance standards (PCI, SOX)
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
