Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead technical initiatives, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Implement best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability across the entire development lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems like Git and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
