The Role:
You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of new software features, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring code quality across the board. You will work closely with product managers and designers to turn abstract concepts into robust, production-ready applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code that adheres to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
