Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Design RESTful APIs and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive testing strategies including unit, integration, and load testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in relational databases and caching strategies
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
