Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability under heavy load.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development cycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
