Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization within cloud environments.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in React or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
