Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Lead full-cycle development from ideation to deployment in an Agile environment
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS with Docker/Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver user-centric solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
