Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Develop RESTful APIs with AWS Lambda and DynamoDB
- Conduct code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Optimize system performance using Redis caching and load balancing
- Implement security best practices including OAuth 2.0 and encryption
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
- Contributions to GitHub or similar code repositories
