Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust backend services and APIs using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define feature specifications and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and performance standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
