Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code audits and implement security best practices across the codebase
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Demonstrable history of mentoring junior developers
