Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Lead development of high-throughput payment processing APIs
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, QA)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Drive technical debt reduction and architectural refinements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, or Go with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
