Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Implement security best practices including OAuth 2.0 and data encryption
- Contribute to our open-source initiatives and technical blog
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architecture
- Strong background in RESTful API design and microservices patterns
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and deployment
