Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Go and Java
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
- Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural best practices
- Drive DevOps initiatives including container orchestration and monitoring
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-level distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Java, or similar backend languages
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
