Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance distributed systems using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Mentor 2-4 engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Drive system scalability to handle 10K+ RPS with 99.99% uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms and system design patterns
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Published contributions to open-source projects preferred
