Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS/GCP environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Implement data security best practices (HIPAA/GDPR compliance)
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes and Docker
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
