Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead technical scoping for new AI-powered features serving 50M+ users
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured growth program
- Optimize system performance achieving 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 10K+ developers
- Present quarterly architecture reviews to CTO and engineering VP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in at least two cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in data structures and algorithm design
- Experience leading technical initiatives from conception to deployment
- Proven ability to mentor and elevate team performance
