Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS DevOps and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct automated testing and ensure 99.9% system uptime
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred
