Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust backend services using Java/Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Lead development of cloud-native applications on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and security protocols for enterprise-scale deployments
- Participate in full development lifecycle from ideation to production support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
