Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and resolve scalability challenges
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs and product enhancements
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, load) and security audits
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Spring or Node.js
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA proficiency
- CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
