Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to architectural decisions for 10M+ user platform
- Automate testing infrastructure using Selenium and JUnit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design abilities
