Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to architecture decisions for high-transaction systems
- Automate testing frameworks to maintain 95%+ code coverage
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring developers
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
