Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud services
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Implement robust security protocols and performance optimization strategies
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and database design
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
