Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Go and React.
- Lead architectural decisions and perform rigorous code reviews to ensure high quality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code walkthroughs, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a cloud environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching technologies.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
