Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Jenkins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming with Java
- Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
